A little bit if a slow day on Wednesday around the globe on the eve of Thanksgiving.

Here is your recap of the day’s action.

Dominican winter league

Fernando Tatis Jr.– (3-5) 2B, 2 Runs, RBI

Tatis had a great night in the D.R. on Wednesday as he recorded three hits out of the leadoff position. He is hitting .286 on the year.

Francisco Mejia– (1-4) Run, RBI

Mejia was batting second right behind Tatis for the second game in a row and went 1-for-4 with an RBI. he is hitting .304 in the D.R. for the Estrellas.

Diego Goris– (0-2) 2 K

Veteran minor leaguer Diego Goris struck out in both his at-bats on Wednesday. He is hitting .237 so far this season.

Franchy Cordero– (3-5) 2B, RBI, Run, K

Franmil Reyes was out of the lineup for the second straight day, but Franchy picked up the slack with three hits in five at-bats. Cordero is hitting .333 on the year in the D.R.

Jonathan Aro– 2 IP, H, K

Hard-throwing right-handed pitcher Jonathan Aro has his ERA at 3.18 so far in the D.R. after two scoreless innings on Wednesday.

Mexican winter league

Christian Villanueva– (1-4) K

The former Padre is hitting .225 on the year and has been serving as the DH for most of his appearances in Mexico this winter.

Venezuelan winter league

Edward Olivares– (0-0) Run

Olivares might have an arm injury of some sorts as he has been relegated to just pinch running duties over the last few games. He is batting .340 on the year in Venezuela.
